These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JobsXpert Service. By creating an account, signing in with Google, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials (including Google Sign‑In) confidential.
You may register or log in using Google Sign‑In. By doing so, you authorise us to access your Google basic profile and email to create or link your JobsXpert account. You can revoke this permission at any time via Google Account settings; doing so may disable access to your JobsXpert profile.
Job seekers may create profiles, upload résumés and apply for roles.
Employers may post vacancies, search candidate databases and manage applications.
Employer premium plans and other paid features are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) plus applicable taxes. All payments are processed through secure gateways; fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant JobsXpert a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, use, reproduce, modify and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading or discriminatory job ads;
Scrape data or reverse engineer the platform;
Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access or misuse Google OAuth tokens;
Violate applicable labour, privacy or intellectual‑property laws.
All Site materials, trademarks and software are owned by or licensed to JobsXpert. You may not use them without prior written consent except as expressly permitted.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. JobsXpert does not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsXpert’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) INR 10,000 or (b) the total fees paid by you to JobsXpert in the 12 months preceding the claim. JobsXpert is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobsXpert, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claims or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of third‑party rights.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or applicable laws. Sections 6–12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before filing suit, the parties agree to attempt good‑faith mediation for at least 30 days.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days’ advance notice via email or in‑app alert. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobsXpert. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
