SolutionXpert Pvt. Ltd. (“JobsXpert”, “we”, “our”, “us”) wants every customer to receive clear, fair recourse if something goes wrong. This Refund Policy explains when and how employers or job seekers can obtain a refund for paid Services purchased through jobsxpert.in or the JobsXpert mobile apps. It complements our Terms and Conditions and complies with the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Reserve Bank of India’s e‑mandate rules for recurring payments, and global SaaS best practices.

Billing Cycle | The recurring period (monthly or annual) for which subscription fees are charged. |
Effective Cancellation | The date on which you complete cancellation inside your Dashboard or via written notice to JobsXpert Support. |
Transparent & Pro‑rata — We prorate unused days on eligible subscriptions.
No Questions Asked (First 7 days) — New employer subscriptions cancelled within seven calendar days of purchase receive a 100 % refund.
Fair Usage — If substantial platform resources (e.g., > 25 candidate contact reveals) were consumed in the first seven days, we may deduct reasonable costs from the refund.
Non‑Refundable Items — a) Job Post Credits already consumed; b) Background‑check fees; c) Advertisement boosts delivered; d) Taxes collected on behalf of authorities.
Payment Gateway Fees — If gateways charge a non‑reversible processing fee (e.g., for international cards), that amount is excluded from refunds.

Cancel the plan in your Dashboard (Billing > Manage Subscription) or email billing@jobsxpert.in.
Submit a ticket at support.jobsxpert.in/refund or reply to your payment confirmation email, including:
Invoice/transaction ID
Product or plan name
Reason for refund (optional but helps us improve)
Our Billing team will confirm eligibility within 3 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method.

If your financial institution levies foreign‑exchange or intermediary bank charges, those are outside JobsXpert’s control.
Before initiating a card chargeback, you must first request a refund through the process above.
Unfounded or repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension and the reversal of promotional credits.
Genuine billing errors acknowledged by JobsXpert are resolved immediately, and any chargeback‑related fees we incur will not be passed on to you.
To comply with RBI e‑mandate guidelines, we:
Send renewal reminders 7 days and 24 hours before auto‑debit.
Provide a one‑click cancellation link in each reminder email.
Allow you to manage mandates in the Billing section of your Dashboard.
JobsXpert may, at its sole discretion, approve refunds outside the stated windows for:
Proven failure of a job post to go live due to our system error.
Duplicate accidental payments.
Employer insolvency or closure (prorated).
Candidate premium users who find the platform inaccessible due to disability accommodations we cannot yet provide.
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and an in‑app banner at least 15 days before taking effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
