SolutionXpert Pvt. Ltd. (“JobsXpert”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the JobsXpert web and mobile platform that connects job seekers and employers across India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit jobsxpert.in or use our Android/iOS apps (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
This policy applies to all visitors, registered job seekers, employers and other users of the Service worldwide. It also governs our handling of personal data obtained through Google Sign‑In/OAuth and other third‑party integrations.
Personal Data – information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual.
Processing – any operation performed on Personal Data (collection, storage, use, disclosure, deletion, etc.).
Google User Data – profile, email address or other data we receive from Google APIs when you use Google Sign‑In.

Provide and improve the Service (match jobs/candidates, personalise search, troubleshoot).
Authenticate accounts via Google Sign‑In; we never request scopes beyond basic profile and email without your explicit consent.
Communicate with you about applications, interviews, product updates, marketing (opt‑out anytime).
Process payments for employer plans via compliant payment gateways.
Detect fraud & ensure security, consistent with Google OAuth security best practices.
Comply with law and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
We access only openid, email, profile scopes.
Google User Data is used solely for login, account linking and to pre‑populate your JobsXpert profile.
We do not transfer Google User Data to third parties except (a) with your direction, (b) to service providers bound by confidentiality, or (c) to meet legal obligations.
If you disconnect Google on the Account > Settings page or via Google’s security center, we immediately delete stored OAuth tokens within 24 hours.
Our use of Google APIs complies with the [Google API Services User Data Policy]Google for Developers, including the Limited Use requirements.
With employers or job seekers when you apply, post a job or accept a share request.
Service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, background checks, marketing email) under strict data‑processing agreements.
Payment processors for subscription fees (PCI‑DSS compliant).
Legal and safety – to courts, regulators or law‑enforcement when required.
We do not sell Personal Data.
We use first‑party and third‑party cookies for authentication, preferences, analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and advertising retargeting. Manage preferences in Cookie Settings or via your browser.
Profiles and application history are kept while your account is active and up to seven years thereafter to comply with labour and tax regulations. Logs related to Google OAuth tokens are deleted within 30 days of token revocation.
We employ TLS 1.3 encryption, OWASP‑ASVS controls, regular penetration tests and role‑based access. Although we follow industry standards, no method of transmission is 100 % secure.
Our servers are located in India and Singapore. When we transfer data outside your jurisdiction, we rely on contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or object to the Processing of your Personal Data. Submit requests at privacy@jobsxpert.in. We respond within 30 days.
The Service is not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We will post any updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in‑app banner 30 days in advance.
